Do I need my phone to redeem perks?
Usually no — the vendor can validate by tapping the physical Gram on their device. Your phone is mainly for claiming and browsing your collection.
Why does it sometimes take a while to load?
Occasionally the system needs a moment to wake up. Wait up to a minute and try once more.
What does “Collected” mean?
It means that Gram has already been claimed by an owner. Each Gram is claimed once.
