My Collection
Where your claimed Grams appear, what you can do there, and how perks show up.
Where to find your collection
Your collection is the page where all Grams you own are listed in one place.
- Make sure you are logged in.
- Open My Collection from the site menu (or from a button on a Gram you own).
Tip:
If you just claimed a Gram and don’t see it yet, refresh once. If it still doesn’t appear, wait a moment and refresh again.
What you’ll see in My Collection
Each Gram card in your collection typically shows:
- The artwork image
- Title / piece name
- Partner perks (if available)
- Where to redeem (partner name and details)
Perks inside your collection
Some Grams include perks from partner locations (for example: a free item, a discount, or special access). If your Gram has perks, you’ll see them listed in your collection view.
Important:
Perks are redeemed at partner locations. If a perk has a cooldown, it may not be available again until the cooldown ends.
How to use your collection when redeeming perks
Your collection is useful for planning:
- Which partner offers perks for a Gram
- What the perk is
- Any limits or cooldowns
When you actually redeem a perk at the counter:
- Bring the physical Gram
- The partner can validate by tapping it
- You usually don’t need to show anything on your phone
If you don’t see your Grams
If your collection looks empty but you have claimed Grams:
- Confirm you are logged in to the same account you used to claim.
- Refresh the page once.
- If you recently claimed, wait 30–60 seconds and refresh again.
- Try tapping the physical Gram again — if it shows “Official Owner”, it belongs to you.
Tip:
If you are using multiple browsers (Safari/Chrome) or devices, make sure you are logged into the same account on that device.
